Service Centers (SC)
We operate multiple regional Service Centers to support both our users and business subscribers.
- SC’s user focus is producing training materials, help center services in answering questions, resolving problems, accepting postal and AVR user messages, monitoring activity and training partner associates.
- SC’s business focus is technical support, training classes, survey research administration, new client validation and setup, training associates and partners, creating and maintaining country rewards systems. offering custom development and maintaining the Administrative (AD) database.
Corporate Center
- Executive staff, finance, marketing, sales, system-wide monitoring and HR are located in our central office.
Our University
We run classes for employees and associates all disciplines at our SC’s. Instructors are our full-time employees augmented from time-to-time with guest speakers.
Survey Administration

Survey administration includes the actual creation of all surveys, sampling, fielding, processing results and reports – plus upon request – interpretation and presentation.

Survey staff includes those with industry specialization, data scientists, consumer researchers, field managers and those with experience across the broad range on survey activities.
