Business Implementation
We expect to make multiple sales contacts and engage in conversations before consummating an subscription agreement. We expect (from our standpoint) implementation will precede the signed agreement.
- Prior to agreement businesses are offered demonstrations and education. No actual business database can be created without business consent.
- Smaller web-based service intended for business without a subscription called FlakrBack.Com are available immediately upon business verification.
Implementation Planning
- Every implementation is expected to be unique. While we have anticipated business needs – we also expect to develop custom APIs and SaaS platform services to meet specific business requirements.
- Implementation from our part – starts with the initial discussions which begin to anticipating the actual needs.
- We encourage education on-line and in person attendance at our customer service centers.
- Our account team will purpose planning steps.
Implementation Roll-Out
Creating the business owned cloud database including standard SaaS / iPaaS platforms is our responsibility. The business will have an evaluation and test period prior to acceptance.
The key business rules that control automatic processes will take the longest time to initially establish. We will recommend based on our understanding, but rule development can get involved and take multiple weeks, rather than days. These rules exist across multiple services. Many are prompts, similar to AI prompts. Other rules are either hard-coded or are capabilities controlled by kernel settings.
Testing for automated service should be direct as we will furnished a battery of incoming messages with ability to summarize outgoing automated responses.
However, not all incoming messages can or should be automated. It will take time to build up a suitable response library. Part of testing is routing incoming messages to appropriate internal business people for a individual response.
Implementation Timing Estimates
Implementation can be as short as 1-2 weeks for a top 100 corporation. This reflects a business decision to be up and going quickly.
On the other hand, process could take 1-2 months.
We expect among top 1000 businesses implementation will take 3-5 weeks after subscription agreement.
Caution: We reserve the right to enter into exclusive agreements
For full disclosure – we may engage in exclusive business agreements for periods of less than a year. This assists our internal development while benefiting business to temporarily receive not only their messages, but those of their competitors. Does not mean that competitor can not implement FlaCkr – it rather means they do not the the usually exclusive on the own intended data.
