Surveys / IWPI

  • We offer tools such that companies can draft simple surveys which may speed up the process of our Service Centers (SC) being able to field new studies. This is mostly used when the same or similar survey is desired to be repeated (of course of course at a different time or against a different population). 
  • SCs are staffed with research professionals and at times, we engage research partners who offer specialized support.  SC originate the survey documents (questionnaires, instructions, sampling universe), pulling samples, fielding, monitoring, tabulation , reporting – and as required interpretation and presentation. 
  • Our Calibrated Customer Intelligence (CCI) service is an enhanced (fee) service which offers linking into the Account (AC) database resource of known user behavior (across companies), preferences, attitudes, intentions, awareness, psychographics, and motivations – across multiple surveys.
