  • CCI is not just analytics – it’s a combination of survey design, statistical balancing, interpretation, and benchmarking services, performed or supported by trained experts. Its goal is to transform raw customer input into clear, contextualized decision support that leaders can trust.

Professional-Guided Survey Design And Execution

CCI begins with purposeful design. Our service center team works with the  businesses to craft surveys that ask the right questions, using structures that reduce bias and elicit reliable answers. Whether for customer experience, service evaluation, or brand alignment, every survey is built to align with clear business questions and actionable outcomes.

We create sampling designs that align with study purpose. The sample universe may intentional go outside of our user base to reach rare population or those whose culture, language or limited digital access needs inclusion. We implement all types of studies – over the net, central facilities, personal interviews among many others. Sample sizes vary from a few hundred to in excess of 10,000.

Steps that may be taken to help ensure quality sampling:

  • Quotas – limits respondent intake to pre-set targets
  • Stratified – each strata sampled proportionately.

Balancing The Results

Balancing ensures that the insights gathered accurately reflect the actual customer base or target market – not just the people who happened to respond by a pre-set cutoff. It’s a quality control step that corrects for over or under-represented groups (such as too many young respondents or not enough from rural areas). By adjusting the statistical weight of responses, we align the sample with known universe characteristics, leading to more reliable, decision-ready insights.

Without this step, we risk drawing conclusions from a skewed dataset – essentially making strategic calls based on an unbalanced lens. Balancing doesn’t change the data; it ensures each voice is represented proportionally. This is standard practice in research and is especially critical when results will inform major business or brand decisions.

  • Post-Stratification weighting adjusts results after data collection to align with known universe distributions.
  • Raking (Iterative proportional fitting) iteratively adjusts weights across multiple variables simultaneously
  • Calibration and marginal weighting applies mathematical models to align survey estimates with known margins

Segmented Insight

CCI links and analyzes survey data across user segments to build differentiated insight.
