Overview
We collect and send indirect communications (“messages”) between users and businesses.
Processed messages include text, audio, pictures, video and symbols. New message forms will likely develop over time.
Person (Our User)
- Users may submit messages through the our service centers (who receives written, AVR, and personal phone contacts) and through our User Interfaces (UI) on various devices including smart phones, tablets, personal computers and through other business servers (open system interfaces).
- A user database holds sent and reply messages to ensure individual data privacy.
Gateway
- The Gateway interacts directly with users providing guidance to locate their intended business recipient, supplies a rich amount of lookup assistance and encourages extended user dialog to fully capture the moment.
- The Gateway accepts or rejects the message based upon content.
- The Gateway does premium (fee based) processing to enhance messages by adding rule based attributes to assist business processes.
Business
- The users message (and associated attributes) are transferred to a cloud business database, who then “own” the message.
- A tag_id (unique to the business and the user) and message-id (msg-id) are transferred to the business database.
- Basic software is required to receive encrypted messages and, optionally, respond to the user.
