Rewards

  • Cash Rewards are paid to our users for participation – both by us and by businesses.
  • From business perspective – rewards are paid when: responding to user message, business initiated CCA messages, participation in business survey, sales through Nexus and usage of Chat Box. 
  • Businesses are automatically enrolled and billed on a monthly bases, based upon activity.
  • Users are also rewarded by us, for example at signup completely enrollment and for continued usage, 

User Rewards

As user rewards are cash, the user account is a financial account, almost always a debit card. This is a strong benefit to businesses – it means our users are vetted real  persons who have disclosed their identify (to us, not to businesses).

User Detailed Account

The user account have transaction details (just like any financial account really) where they directly see the  name of the businesses making the fee payment. This means the account shows rewards received by business and for which activity.

Business Rewards Processing

While the business billing is broken down by day and type only – the business database does contain all of the billing detail transactions which can be accessed through our APIs.
