- Our Universal Connect Interface (UCI) is integrated into major email systems which enables users to message business outside of using our standard Flakr-UI. Once a user is logged in – the UCI appears which enables email users to identify business contacts thereby correctly address the email.
- Email sourced message are send as clear transmissions to the Gateway where they are processed and encrypted before forwarded to businesses. A attached attributes identify than=m as come from an email system – but they are treated as standard messages with our platform.
- Email capability was used early in our development and while we continue to support it’s use – we discourage new users adopting it.
Email Business Replies
For our users, when sending a business message via email – they also receive the business reply is the same way at the chosen email system treats replies.
Email Messages Are Stored On The User Device
Email messages, like UI messages are automatically stored on the user device. This user storage space can not be accessed by the email user (although the certainly can see their saved emails) – such email users must use another method to access the automated device storage.
Email Messages Can Contain Attachments
Attachment may be sent with emails, however most email limit the size of attachments which prohibits multiple images or lengthy video – both ot with are fully supported on our UI.
