Processes
Processing takes place across individual platform stages.
Users originate communications (messages) to send to businesses.
Those messages pass through the Gateway into business owned cloud databases.
The business has the option to response to user messages and also (for a fee) to send unsolicited messages to users.
- Apart from business replies, the business interprets the accumulated messages, many times integrating with other cloud business data to provide holistic tracking and enabling business Intelligence (BI) processing.
Person
- The person (our user) originates the communication message to the business using our User Interface (UI).
- Person has their own personal database on their device which contains their messaging history,
- Persons must be authenticated to receive rewards.
Gateway
- The Gateway operate as a cloud platform that receives and forward messages between users and businesses.
Business
- Business are authenticated in a signup process.
- Business are for-profit companies.
- Not-for-profits (government, educational, religious, charities, foundations, and social enterprises) are not eligible to sign up.
- Small business are eligible to use a web-based interface (called FlakrBack) to receive and reply to messages. This solution has limited capabilities.
- Larger business sign up for FlaCkr, our full-fledged business platform.
Cloud
- The cloud metaphor is a reference to the large body of information that can prove valuable when integrated with the business database. Many times such information is proprietary to the business, such as contained in the businesses CRM resources.
