Directories

  • Multiple directories (look-up tables) support both the Gateway and businesses cloud databases.

  • The Administrative Directories (AD) are those compiled by us, created both by scraping from the World Wide Web (WWW) and private sources. The administrative directories contains elements important in business database configuration and development.

  • Business databases are those specifically shared to improve the accuracy of their businesses incoming messages. Partner databases are a result of subscriptions that enhance Gateway capabilities.

Gateway

  • The Gateway does NOT store user messages nor the business replies.
  • The Gateway receives from the User Interface (UI) the encrypted message, perform a good deal of message processing, and then forwards the encrypted message to the business.
  • In similar fashion, the Gateway receives an encrypted message from the business, evokes cash processing, and the forwards the encrypted message to the user.
  • After a period of time (set as a parameter control variable) the Gateway short term message response database linkages are purged, meaning the message communication cycle is considered closed.
  • Gateway plays a vital role in enhancing UI capabilities such that a network connection is strongly recommended.

Administrative Directories With Gateway Linkage

  • Administrative Directories (AD) are at the core of UI capabilities. These look-up table sets function as to both assist user addressing  (find the intended business to receive the message) and to identify message attributes.
  • For example, the user may not know the business name, but we can link to the correct business name by knowing a valid brand or service name. Also the user may not know the book publisher, but does know the book tittle.
  • By doing the lookup processing at the source as the user is entering the message, message content and accuracy if enhanced.

Administrative Directories With Cloud Linkage

  • Administrative Directories are important as they contain database configuration elements, which trigger numerous platform functionality.
  • The AD look-up databases can improve business response messaging avoiding the need to access alternative resources.

Business Databases

  • Businesses have to option to create (or enable) to share their company resources directly with our Gateway. As an example, it is in the businesses interest that the UI correctly reflect the current carried products / services offered, the correct location of all retail locations, perhaps including the manager name and picture. Lacking such direct input, we create the information based on open-sourcing and partner inputs, which may not be as current.

Partner Databases

  • We subscribe to numerous industry specific Partner source databases such those in medical, financial, legal and a range of manufacturing and service industries.
  • Partner sourcing provides up-to-date information as compared to that found on search browsers, which may not be accurate and could out of date.
  • By enabling certain Natural Language (NL) functionality suggestions to our UI – accuracy is improved.
