We have developed a number of ways for businesses to have connections (we call ‘Connects’) – staying in touch – with their customers.
- Unlike traditional systems that rely on marketing outreach or unsolicited contact, our platform is built around the principle that meaningful business-user connections begin when the user chooses to engage. Whether it’s a suggestion, complaint, question, or observation, each message arrives as a signal of intent – and is treated with respect and priority.
- Every message entering undergoes multi-layered processing – including cleansing, translation (if needed), media transcription, metadata tagging, and contextual interpretation. This ensures that raw input from users becomes structured, meaningful, and ready for downstream workflows the moment it arrives.
- We do not stop at message handling – we connects this data into a unified analytical framework. Businesses can analyze patterns in sentiment, urgency, behavior, and preferences across time or segments. These insights flow into dashboards, survey benchmarking, and strategic planning tools, giving companies a clear, data-rich lens into what customers are really saying – and what to do about it.

Routing: Intelligent Message Delivery is the process by which incoming user messages are analyzed and directed to the appropriate person, team or business system.
Surveys / IWPI
We offer tools such that companies can draft simple surveys which may speed up the process of our Service Centers (SC) being able to field new survey studies
Our Universal Connect Interface (UCI) is integrated into major email systems which enables users to message business outside of using our standard Flakr-UI.
Rewards
Rewards are paid when: responding to user message, business initiated CCA messages, participation in business survey, sales through Nexus and usage of Chat Box.
User Interface (UI)
The UI supports devices smart phone, MS window-based desktops, workstations and tables, Apple IOS devices, some game consoles, some TVs and some wearables.
Tools / Development
We encourage others (business, developers, software houses) to develop new iPaaS / SaaS products and services on our platform.
