Subscription Service

  • Business Onboarding: To use our services, businesses need to subscribe. Larger business subscription fees vary considerable by different industries and the level of anticipated messaging volume. We offer extensive startup support, including on-site consulting, training, on-site and through our service centers.
  • Subscriptions agreements are commonly for 12 months with the first few months free. Included in a base subscription package are training, courses, consultants, database storage & management, surveys & research and analytical resources. Companies are offered optional extended SaaS / iPaaS packages tightly integrated within our basic base offering.
  • For small business with low levels of messaging traffic – we offer a web-based service with a rolling monthly subscription agreement called FlakrBack.Com – that has limited response capability.

Account Teams

  • Sales and support are from our service centers and our industry specialized sales support teams.
  • Account manager provides your conduit to all of our resources.

What Are The Internal Costs??

Internal costs (not paid to us) include . . .

Cloud database storage. Our service is designed such that each business has it’s own high security cloud-based storage – directly and solely controlled by the business. Initial database structures will be created by us. We append to the business database when user messages are received and your business replies are subsequently sent. The business directly pays to the cloud vendor the full costs.

Our platform services processes are rule-based (many controlled by Natural Language (NL) processing) and getting started is usually an 4-8 week uphill effort, typically requiring a internal 3-6 person team plus the assistance of our technical staff or our associated partner consultants.

We run regular training classes at service centers. All of our documentation is on-line and searchable.

Your account manager is available to assist in estimating internal costs.

Messaging / connection volume

For our users (Flakr.Com) – our services are free. More to the point, our users are rewarded for their contributions. Each time a business responds to a user message (that is, replies) – a charge is made against that businesses account. For some industries, the message volume is quite high (examples: retailing, food service) so small charges can rise into seven figures on an  annual basis. In initiating service, our account manager will purpose a 12 month agreement to cover all of the expected message volume and costs.

Surveys & Research

We require business to sign up for our survey & research services. Levels are express in the subscription agreement. Each survey results in a participation payment to our users.

Extended, Base and Custom Develop Functionalities

We offer, but discourage its use, a Pre-Base service used in our development phase that uses email as the host to receive and reply to user messages. Likely, most business would be drown in the flood of message volume. Intended for small businesses.

Our Extended Services. Using the Base service alone means missing out on our enhance message data quality services, Chat-Box, Nexus, Response Management, CCA eligibility and CCI. Extended Services offers tool choice options that can increase Base costs from 15-60%.

Our Base services (provided under all 12-month subscriptions) fixed monthly costs are contractually agreed upon. New business subscriptions include free 6-month trial with opt-out after 6 months.

Base service including establishing and maintaining the business cloud structures and while passing full administrative control over to the business. 

Base service includes Routing, Response Library, Dashboards (industry specific), Rewards processing, Surveys, Message Management, IWPI, Translation Services and multiple IPIs. 

It’s likely the business already has agreements with SaaS/iPaaS resources that offer functionality similar to what we offer (in our Extended Services) through their own CRM/CX platform services. 

We are always willing to develop Custom solutions.

Total Cost Of Ownership

First year estimated total costs (internal + external) of ownership:

Average among top 1st – 100th :  $10 – 15 Million.

Average among 100th – 499th :  $7 – $10 Million

Average among 500th – 999th :  $3 – 6 Million
